Does Collect and Conquer sell to Wholesale Customers?

What is the cost of shipping?
- We ship locally and nationally for an additional cost which will be calculated at checkout. We use Fastway and Sendle to ship our products nationally and customers will be provided with a tracking number. We are also happy to say we ship to New Zealand via DHL, this will attract a DHL international shipping charge, which will be calculated at checkout.
How long until I receive my purchase?
- Austalian customers can expect to receive their prints/paintings within 5-10 business days after payment is received. New Zealand customers please allow up to 10 – 12 business days from payment being received.
Do you create customized prints?
- Yes, we would love to work with you to design something specific for your space. We are skilled and talented graphic designers who would be more than happy to hear from you with your ideas. Contact us at; firstname.lastname@example.org
Important handling information.
- It’s important to remember the delicate nature of your print or painting. If your order arrives framed this eliminates the handling of the actual print, so this avoids any creasing or marking but if your purchase arrives in a rolled form please ensure care is taken when touching. If framing yourself please ensure the utmost care is taken as prints can easily be creased or marked.
Never position your print or painting in the direct sunlight or somewhere where it is exposed to moisture.
Returns and Refunds.
- Please note we personally quality check all prints and paintings before they are sent and are packaged using extreme care. When they are shipped they leave us in perfect condition. If by the time the package arrives to you and if it has suffered any damage that has also damaged the print or painting, please email photos within 7 days of receipt.
Collect and Conquer do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
